Demolition of existing buildings which were then recycled & reused on site. Ecological problems had to be overcome with Badgers, Bats, Great Crested Newts & Slow Worms. 2km of Roads & Sewers were constructed on behalf of Miller Homes, with an 11m deep pumping station and storage tank, 230 homes as well as a football pitch and various other sporting playing fields.
